To keep celebrating the World Quality Month (#WQM13), I would like to share with you an interesting trend happening in the entrepreneurs community: they are embracing quality since the very beginning of their existence; something that already established companies should mimic, for sure.
But, how many of these entrepreneurs are building strong, distinctive companies? How many of these startups are looking into building higher quality products and services from the beginning? What is the key in growing a startup fast and staying in the market in this competitive world?? The answer is: QUALITY
I had the opportunity to talk to Engineer Mario Mireles, CEO and Co-founder of SouthDoctors, a local startup from San Diego, California that helps doctors, dentists and medical centers from Latin America promote their services to patients from all over the world, in order to facilitate and stimulate the medical tourism industry, and he expressed: “We are focused on building a world-class company, by not only paying attention to the quality of our web application and services, but also by providing superior quality service on any interaction we have with our customers, partners and users.
